Air-Roasting?

Air Roasting Coffee

When I was first introduced to air-roasting, I wasn’t quite sure what the difference was between the the two methods. Actually its’ quite a simple difference, but the outcome of the product is what makes air-roasting coffee so amazingly perfect for enema coffee and in my humble opinion, air-roasted coffee is superior in everyway.

A drum roaster uses gas burners in order to heat up a drum in order to roast the coffee beans. The drum is heated up to an incredible heat that may cause the beans to scorch or burn and any skins or chaff coming off the bean during the roasting process follow a similar fate infusing smoke into the beans or leaving the beans with a coating of soot, or a powdery substance consisting largely of amorphous carbon, produced by the burning of organic matter.

The air roaster on the other hand roasts the beans by using clean hot air that is passed over the beans and then is immediately sucked away by an extraction system removing any dust, skins or smoke and any other impurities that may come off the beans in the roasting process, leaving the beans in a clean and pure state at all times. The beans are then roasted to a light to medium roast profile preserving both caffeine and palmitic acid.

The Palmitic Acid supercharges the production of Glutathione S-transferase (GST).  GST is the most potent detoxifying enzyme in the human body.  It literally goes through the body grabbing and mopping up free radicals (toxins).  The chemical base that the body uses to make GST is palmitic acid, which scientifically roasted, organic coffee contains massive amounts of.

Studies show that the coffee enema boosts production of GST by 700%.

Air-roasting allows a type of control to producing our coffee that makes it clean and non toxic, full of beneficial compounds to allow your body to heal and cleanse itself.
